WARNING HARD WORK AHEAD!

Most of us cringe at the thought of starting a new fitness regimen. Why? Because it takes work, and a lot of it! The thought of going to a gym or even getting up to go outside and walk can sometimes be a bit overwhelming.

With the advent of so many different electronic devices it is no wonder we are getting lazier. 20 to 30 years ago we didn't have all the channels we have today. We didn't have lap tops, smart phones, note pads, and all the other devices that can help us to become lazy.

 

 

                      BREAK THE CHAINS!

We all feel like this post at different points in our life. We feel locked down by resistance and hopeless to break free! We feel like we have no options or opportunities to create anything worthwhile. Why is this?

 Why do we continue to keep beating ourselves down day in and day out?

 Why is it some people don't let anything stop them from getting to top and having fitness success?

 

Because we are busy doing two things!

  1. MAKING EXCUSES

  2. WAITING UNTIL TOMORROW

 


While people like this are busy getting things done, no matter how large of an obstacle is in their way!

 

 

 

 

The only way to reach any level of success is through hours and hours of hard work and sweat.  To do that you need to do a few things:

  1. Create a  plan of attack!

  2. Set goals!

  3. TAKE ACTION!

I cannot stress the last point enough, I know i was guilty of this, as are many of you.. When it comes down to actually doing something most of us make an excuse why we can't do it. We don't know enough, we aren't ready, we have no experience. The list goes on and on, and most of us never do anything. So you must take action in whatever you do. If we fail, well then, we get back up and start over again! Of course there is a bit more to these 3 steps then just 1,2, and 3. I will be adding many useful articles, videos, blogs and other fitness related materials in due time!
