Ways to use Garlic
There are are many ways to use garlic, the main way that most people know about is by seasoning foods with it.  Here are 3 other ways you can utilize garlic in your life for better health.

1.Taking a Garlic Bath

I know some of you are probably cringing at this, but don't worry it’s not as bad as it sounds. What you want to do is visit your local farmers market and pick up some garlic cloves. If you live in an area that doesn’t have a farmers market then get some a grocery store, or even in your own backyard. It has been said that the hotter the onion the greater the medicinal purposes. What you want to do next is to crush a few cloves  and let it set in air for 15 to 90 minutes so it can form all the metabolites it needs.

Then add it to a quart of water and mix it around so that the the components mix with the water. Then take out as much of the little Garlic pieces out of the water as you can. Some people prefer to leave it in the water, but the choice is up to you.  Allow the garlic too sit in the tub for awhile before getting in. Then once you get in sit in the tub for about 30 min to an hour. Make sure you keep yourself entertained so you won't fall asleep in the bathtub. Do not get your hair wet in the garlic water, because the smell is much more potent on your hair then on your skin. You can wait about 30 min to an hour after taking the bath too fully rinse off if you would like.

2.GARLIC LEMONADE

This is for those times where you are sick, but for some reason you still can't stomach chewing garlic or ingesting it raw. What you want too get is 2 cloves garlic, some water and lemon, and some honey for added taste. Now you don't have to make a gigantic pitcher, you just have to make enough that you drink and benefit from.

3. EATING RAW GARLIC

Eating it raw is way better for you then eating it cooked. The reason being is that when you cook it, it loses a ton of its nutrients, making it less effective than it would be if you ate it raw. So take a clove or two and cut them up and chew on them. Too fight the taste a bit you can spread some honey on the garlic which is also excellent for colds all in itself.
